Donations and Volunteering

The Atkinson Public Library District is collecting old ink cartridges and turning them in for cash, which goes back into purchasing supplies for your library's computers. It helps us out by keeping our costs down and helps the environment through recycling old ink cartridges and keeping them out of landfills. There is a collection box kept against the North wall on one of our computer workstations.

Your library takes donations of gently used books, magazines, DVDs, and CDs. We keep them for the library collection, sell them, or recycle them. Next time you're in be sure to check out our sale items!

The Atkinson Public Library recognizes and appreciates the hard work and unique talents the volunteers of the community offer to the Atkinson Public Library throughout the year. Volunteers are accepted for the Summer Reading Program and other community events.
